I know there an old thread about this awhile back, but they are finally opening tomorrow at 2pm. Located on Cambridge St. in lovely Worcester,MA. 4 beers on tap to go tomorrow (pale ale, saison, porter and a brett blonde ale). Excited about more choices in the area and interested to see how this brewery does in the current landscape.

Anyone on here plan on going?

I'm planning to be there, always exciting having a new brewery open nearby. Pretty cool he's planning to have a dedicated Brett tap.

I thought their Brett Blonde was the standout. Nice tartness and very quaffable, the keg kicked in less than an hour. Also thought their saison was nice, really dry with nice notes from the yeast in the finish. The pale and porter were fine but didn't impress.

I found all 4 beers very drinkable and I think he's on the right track but definitely has a ways to go in refining them. The commonality was a lack of body for me, but I think there's potential especially with brett. I will be going back mostly because 1 of the 4 taps is supposed to be dedicated to brett beers, and he's really on the right track in that respect.

Curious now, with more than a month under his belt, what peoples opinion is of this brewery (both establishment and beer).
