Thinking about doing a Belgiuminabox order, they offer either vintage. I haven't heard anything that amazing about this beer but I would like to try it so I figured I would pick one or the other. Are both completely flat or is one known to be better than the others?

Some of the 2006 have developed carbonation.

I had an 06 a year or so ago and it had a slight carbonation. Very good though. A true funk bomb.

Apparently the 2006 750mL bottles are developing well, while the 2006 375s aren't.
