Ultimately it is the breweries decision to release them how they want but it wouldve been nice to have alimited amount of bottles for sale each day. This would give a wider amount of people the chance to grab a bottle.

Maybe they are limiting the sales each day but it doesnt seem thats the case

I mean geez if youre going to buy twice then come back the next day and buy your allotment. Ridiculous (and idiotic) how people try to do it the same day theyre there

I was there about 1215 to 1400ish and it wasn't overly busy.

I was there almost until closing and the bottom row of the cage was full. If i were to do an estimate of how much is left i would estimate that about 150 bottles are left. In the grand scheme of things not much is left and i dont expect things to last any later than Sunday. Zenne will likely be gone by noon tomorrow.

Intense red was wiped out when i left as there were only like 3 or 4 bottles left. Michael did say that he was. putting more out tomorrow. Overall Zenne wont last past tomorrow and the rest of the goods may make it until Sunday. Slim pickings by Monday morning....oh and for those trying to come back on multiple days to get more from limited bottles good luck. They are keeping a very close look at people

Was the Golden Blend still available?

I respect the rule of 1 bottle pp, but I understand when people say there's no good balance (500bottles for the shop, 2500 for restaurants...). For me it's 40km, but some people have driven thousand kilometres.. That's a long way for a bottle of beer.

I kind of lucked out as my friend is not a fan of geuze although he does like fruit lambics and he really liked Goldem Blend. He actually let me have his bottles except for the intense red so i luckily ended up with two Zennes plus the other limited bottles. He wasnt very impressed with Zenne but i thought it was fantastic.

On a side note Michael did say at first Golden Blend was unlimited just like the regular Geuze but later told me it was a limit of 6 per person. I grabbed a crate of 12 and he thought it was for my friend and i. We came back and grabbed an extra crate of Golden Blend and thats when he told us about the 6 pp limit. He was cool with us and told us he'd let this one slide by.

All in all it was agreat tour and talking to Michael and some of the other folks over there was very cool. They really have a great passion for lambics

Oh and by the way Michael did say Hommage and Intense Red is coming very soon. December timeframe

Ah man so its basically gone. Thats too bad. I think they shouldve rationed the bottles.

I wonder what the aftermarket will be for these. A few hundred dollars a bottle?
