3F Oude Geuze Golden Blend

Well in TX that is basically the benchmark atm...sad times.

I bought a bottle in SD last summer and it was magnificent. Would love to have it sitting in the shelves where I'm from.

 

They may as well be different styles, that's how unquestionably better Golden Blend is than Cuvée René. That said, as far as availability and affordability, Cuvée isn't bad at all.

 

Great beer, but it's a bit annoying that it's the only Drie Fonteinen I've seen on shelves.

Well, I guess I saw Intense Red once. But still.

 

This geuze is fabulous. Been stockpiling it since it came out.

 

Just reading this thread has me jonesing for February and my trip to Belgium...can't wait!

 

3F Golden Blend on shelves for $26.99 ... Stumbled upon this thread randomly today.

 

For me, easily worth that. I'll buy the place out if I see any. It's one of my favorite beers of all time.

 

I'll take that all day, new money bullshit aside.
