3L bottle format

    Alright, so I'm trying to figure out if there is a list out there of bottles/breweries that have been released in 3 Liter format (or larger). I tried working on a Beatification 3 L but I think that might be out of my league. I would like to have a couple of these for popping at special occasions. Anyone know of other breweries (that might be more attainable) that release in this format?

    How careful would you have to be whilst popping the cork on a 3L bottle of Duvel? Or is the bottle sealed by some other means?

    If you search Jeroboam you may find more. Looks like Corsendonk and Samichlaus too:

    I have a 3L Samichlaus in my cellar, Stone is super easy to get. @gjoker321 are you looking for anything specific, or just a 3L bottle to share at the event? Binny's in Chicagoland sells a number of 3L bottles, I'd be happy to help you out with one, I've even got a 3L shipper.

    ask around breweries to see if they will bottle something if you provide the bottle.

    I saw a 3L of Allagash Curieux at State Line Liquors last time I went. I was very tempted to buy it, but I couldn't think of any likely scenario in which I would be able to open it and have enough willing people around to finish it in one day.

    Allagash Tripel and Curieux for sure come in 3L and some 6L too. There's a few stores here in Atlanta with them just sitting around collecting dust.

    Some of the stone vertical epic series were in 3L bottles. i think there is a 12.12.12 at a liquor store by me.
