Ditto on being unable to make it, but excited to see the increase in quantity of BBPt5! Would gladly pay + some gifts for helping out (RR/Almanac Sours?) if anyone will be going from WI or Chicago and not want all of their two cases. Please and thank you!!

 

I'm wondering how many people actually plan on buying 2 cases? I'm only considering one right now.

by the way, im buying two cases. its one of my all time favorites. ill probably trade a little bit but most of it is for my mouth.

After freezing my ass off and sharing beers while waiting in line for a few hours, I'm sure I'll end up buying my 2 case limit.

 

More people than you think will buy 2 cases. Plead is still one of the best ba stouts around.

Just throwing this out there, I will not be making it to 4 elf but will be at the cw 17 release and can offer a full allotment of 17 (8 bottles)for a kind soul who isn't planning on utilizing their full two case allotment and can get me a case (i love bbpt5). Essentially we help each other....just saying. PM if interested we can work something out.

That's pretty much what I'm doing. I was only able to get a tiny amount of BCBS this year, so I want some BBPt5 to make up for it. I'm really glad there's so much more this year so I don't have to worry as much about getting shut out.

 

How quick are they at filling orders once they start at 11am? I don't want to be 400 in line and have to wait until 5pm to get my order filled. I have plans that night so I was wondering what that process was like. Any feedback is appreciated.

 

Based on:

"For example from 11:00 am to 11:30 am we will be taking payments (cash or credit card) and order pick-ups for order #’s 1 – 20."

It sounds like they're allocating 30 minutes for every 20 orders (maybe a worst case scenario, hopefully will flow faster).

 

I saw that but that just seems like a really long time to process orders, has anyone who has gone before noticed if this is correct or not? I haven't done the math but it doesn't seem like that slow of a pace is possible if they have 500+ people.

 

Don't be such a worry wart. Just give me your order slip and the cash. I'll pick it up for you in between sips of draft bbpt5 and bites of hippo ribs.
