I got here about 20 minutes ago. Anyone got a good estimate on numbers right now?

 

Just got in line. Based on last where I was 303 I'm guessing closer to 500 right now. Of course i can't see much in front of me

 

Just got here at 4:15 and I'd say the 700 plus number I've seen is legit. I'm all the way back in a warehouse somewhere.

 

I think this warehouse might be 1000+

 

Anyone notice that the only tents in line are the ones from people who showed up before 5pm? No way they'd show that early if they had to brave the elements. Rearranged the taped off areas to fit them too.

 

Lottttaaaa people here. At least lots of security and everything is taped off so was pretty easy to find the end of the line. All seems calm before the storm

My sinuses kept me from enjoying camping out for beer. When I woke up at 2 to go I had a fever of 102, now down to 99, so I will be there later today. I will probably shoot up to Griffin Claw and get a few of their Bourbon Barrel Stouts this morning before heading to 4elf.

So there was no 6am rush to get order forms. Instead, security told people to start packing up their shit at 4am and if people weren't at their spot, then they lost their place in line. Can't say I feel too bad for people that lost their spot if they weren't actually in line for the majority of the night.

 

Got there at 3:45, #558. Still lots of line jumping, all ahead of me so I didn't think much if it and people there were too drunk and stupid to notice.
I have come to the conclusion that walez bro craft beer is a mess and will never be what it once was. Golden age of this hobby was 2009 and before. Complete clusterfuck now.

To Dark Horse's credit though it was fairly organized. Pick up times will require an entire days commitment one way or the other though. Not sure what can be done about that other than remove the problem that is us.

 

Get your cars warmed up...just got my form and still allotments left for another 275. Cheer
