    I love Cantillon, although they're out of my top 5 just because they really only make one category of beer. I'm going for the tried and true "good at everything" breweries.

    Two Roads
    Du Claw
    Firestone Walker
    Heller Trum

    Abita and Sly Fox are up there as well if not just for sentimental reasons.
