    this was extremely hard for me, I cant make a list of 5 without feeling like I cheated a brewery I really like, this is as close as I can get to being satisfied out of a list of 5.

    For better or worse, these are my top picks for what goes into the cellar:

    Cantillon
    Hair of the Dog
    The Bruery
    Deschutes
    Logsdon

    I know that what we cellar isn't the question, but my fresh beer choices revolve around growler fills locally from breweries most on here won't have heard of. I might catch hell for saying this, but making a pretty good IPA isn't all that difficult. There's a handful locally I am totally satisfied by.
