This may be more of a question for Shaun. With the appearance of 5 Sciences at the FOFA, can we expect that it may be a bit more carbonated on tap? I have 1 bottle left and know it was pouring quite flat in bottle. Was curious what to expect at the fest. Would love to taste this a bit more carbonated.

One of the great things about kegging is that kegged beers can bet set at any carbonation at all, dependent on how much CO2 you apply. You can actually increase and decrease the carbonation of a beer as you go through a keg. For example, if I've brewed a beer and set it to the correct PSI based on temperature and the desired volumes of CO2 but then decide that I want it more carbonated, I can simply up the CO2 level with the regulator.

It will be carbed. It was put into the keg and force carbed specifically for this event. This is the only keg of it, so it should be a pretty special treat.
