I haven't seen much discussion about this brewery and noticed that all the San Antonio Specs got bottles of their Norma Jeane and Aloha Pina in yesterday. Has anyone had a chance to try them yet?

Haven't tried Norma Jeane, but Aloha PiƱa is very enjoyable imo.

I thought aloha was pretty good but this was prior to them distributing so things could have changed a little since then

I think I'll go back and buy a bottle of each and try them out, a strawberry vanilla blonde sounds interesting. Plus I like the way their labels look.

This brewery is very close to my house so I went there for their Zero Anniversary Party a few months back. All I can say is definitely keep an eye out for their beers! They had about eight beers on tap at the time and they were all fantastic! A lot of creativity from their brewer. Nothing they make is straight forward, more of using other ingredients/spices to make each beer style unique.

Strawberry vanilla blonde? Sign me up! What's the price point and availability on these?

If I remember right they were both close to $10. The Specs in Live Oak had about 15 bottles of each out, not sure if there were any more in the back. I saw on their Facebook page that they delivered some to every San Antonio Specs and the Gabriels on 1604. Also on their Facebook they said that this was the only Norma Jeane (the Strawberry Blonde with Vanilla) that they would brew until next year.

The display case also had labels for their Zero Anniversary and Flower Child beers so hopefully those will hit soon too.
