I saw a 3L bottle of Eclipse at a bar out east. Obviously there was no info on the bottle, but there was yellow wax on top. So what variation is in the bottle?
Was drunk, didn't take one Said "Eclipse" on the bottle, other than that, the only standout thing was the yellow wax
This year's 3Ls all had gold wax. Yellow on 22's was Buffalo Trace, but I didn't think they did 3Ls of that.

Well, I'd hazard a guess you were at Monks Cafe in Philly...? It was 2011 Buffalo Trace. It could be another establishment (one to Tom Peters and one to Bella Vista Dist.) I was out there for Philly Beer Week...
