A case of Eclipse was just put on the shelf at my local grocery store but I don't know which version it is. The wax is a teal color and looking at their chart on FiftyFifty's web site it could be considered blue or gray. I called the brewery but no one answered. They are tagged at $30 a bottle so I want to know what I get before I spend the money on it. Any help?

 

That sound like the Old Fitzgerald bottling. Again, you could email them to confirm. Or you could ask the beer buyer at your local grocery store. I am sure they would love to geek out over beer anyways.

Anyone know if the GHS Blend is available 'to-go' from the Gourmet Haus Stadt in Redwood City? And if so, if they still have it available?

As far as I have heard and seen, no remaining bottles "to-go". They do have bottles for on-site consumption. To be sure, just call them.
