I'm a preservation society member. I think it's worth it, 3 nice rare bottles for $74 with shipping to Northern California. Plus I got me a fancy pin last shipment

Nice!! I will only have to wait for six months. This will be kinda like looking at the cellar to see what beer I can't drink! Well, at least your roommate won't have the option of drinking your expensive beer without permission!!

I don't know why more breweries don't do this.

    Positives:
    1) Convenience
    2) Cheaper
    3) No three tier garbage

I could arrange to pick up for some of you guys if you need. Granted, we're talking December, but if you're serious and want to share a bottle...

There were 5 variants on the shelf when I was in Chicago a month ago, ended up picking up a EC 12. (purple wax) For $29.99 I should have just got 3 sixers of some local beers

its possible we are lost somewhere, both of us. lol what i meant is 54 dollars doesnt cover any cost of the beer. but it does, however, give you 10% off. but the 54 dollars doesnt go towards the beer at all, just gets you the right to buy at 10% off.

THIS IS NOT CORRECT. YOU ARE WRONG. THE $54 PAYS FOR THE BEER.

    Is that clear?

I mean we got them here in RI so there's really no advantage from where I'm at because by the time I pay for shipping I'm out $30+ a bottle either way.

At which point, I can almost buy a case of brooklyn's black chocolate stout. Which isn't barrel-aged, but is prob. tastier.
