50 State LIF part 5

    everyone is getting close.

    #4 is a hard one. It is not a major city (only about 50,000 people), but is located near one of the cities listed (roughly 350 km). The name of the city comes from a food that the natives would eat. This food is commonly used in thanksgiving meals.

    Also, I made a mistake, the 3rd state had been named in the first round of guesses... I feel bad :slight_frown:

    ahhhh I keep messing up. This is what happens when I am busy at work. As most guessed earlier Raleigh, NC is correct for #4. I meant #3. To make up for my stupidity I will make sure to make this a great box.

    edit: I spent like 9 hours trying to find a suitable food city for #3 only to realize I'm an idiot and you wrote #4. Then spent like an hour looking though eligible states/food cities for #4 that could fit the bill only to find out I was right (but utterly incompetent) all along. Next time I'm just going to crack open a beer let someone else do the heavy lifting.

    wow, I came here expecting to have to give more hints for #3, you guys are good.

    Still no winner. The 3rd state in #1 has not been re-guessed since the first round of answers (before my first hint).
