I've been watching the threads all week with some jealous. By the time I visit Austin tomorrow I'm sure I'll be too late. But has anyone see this in bottles in San Anto?
I am in the 210 for the next few days and I sure would be happy if some were delivered here. Would be crappy to leave SA out completely when all other major TX markets got their share. Please 512!
They've been announcing each delivery on Twitter. Today they delivered to DFW. We'll see what happens tomorrow. I'm sure SA will get some, but it's a slow process since they self-distribute.
I picked up one bottle at the Austin Whole Foods since I am in the (512) today. $17.31 (with tax). You have to ask for it and demonstrate your ability to touch your nose with your fingertips. Ha! But yeah, I hope this makes it to San Anto.
The only place I know of that got bottles is the Saucer, and they no longer sell bottles to-go. Fortunately there were a few places that had it on tap, so many of us locals at least got to try it without paying bar prices for a bottle.
Scored a bottle on a trip to Austin & had it on tap at Freetail. Loved it. Too bad they didn't distribute more in San Antonio as we're so close.
