I am looking to upgrade my current 5.0 cu. ft. Haier chest freezer. I'm looking at a Frigidaire FFFC07M1QW. I need it to hold 4 on the floor. Anyone using this chest? Or what model are you using that holds 4 on the floor. My current keezer is in my walk in closet so I am limited on space so I can't go much bigger then 7.35. Thank for your help.

While that thread represents a noble effort, and I'm sure it's mostly accurate, a big caveat is that manufacturers (branders, actually) occasionally reassign an existing model number to different freezers which may have different dimensions. Indeed, that happened to me a few years ago when I tried to replace a 7.2 cu ft Frigidaire that had failed (just out of warranty). I bought a unit with the same model number because my bar was designed around the published width of 35" and that was the only model I found that would fit. The replacement was 37.25". I don't know if that impacted its keg capacity, but it's definitely a major red flag. Curiously, the manufacturer's website showed 35". (I emailed Frigidaire's customer service to point out the discrepancy. Their response was limited to confirming that I had read it correctly. But that's a whole 'nuther story).

FWIW, my son had a one year old Sunbeam branded unit in his garage that was identical to my failed unit and he was kind enough to swap for the new 37.25" Frigidaire, so all is well. (the 37.25" Frigidaire then failed - this time under warranty - and Best Buy tried to charge him $75 because the 'free' replacement that he was entitled to was no longer on sale. But that, too, is a whole 'nuther story).

Back on topic, my frigidaire model FFFC07M2KW fits 4 cornies comfortably, plus six 6-packs on the hump. But that's irrelevant (see my semi-rant, above )

Thanks, luckily my keezer is on the other side of the wall and the bar is not built around it. But thank you for you help. I am going to assume that the 7.35 will hold the 4 kegs as well...unfortunately there is not one location with 7.0 to 7.35 cu ft freezer in Jacksonville. Homedepot, lowes, best buy HH Gregg and Sears are all out of stock. I found the 7.35 cu ft for free delivery at Home Depot so I am going to just go out on a limb and buy it.

My Magic Chef 6.8 fits 4 on the floor. I wouldn't go out on a limb. Set your kegs onto a large piece of cardboard, trace the bottoms of the kegs, cut them out, take them with. Drop em in the bottom and make sure it fits all 4.

This is the best approach. If you haven't bought your kegs yet, be aware that ball locks and pin locks have slightly different dimensions. I can fit 4 ball locks but not 4 pin lock kegs.
