Found some in my friends cellar when we were all drunk. He was sober enough he wouldn't let me open it. Very disappointed.

    Someday.

Cellar? There's a brand new bottling out now, so keep an eye out. I wouldn't touch the old stuff, myself.

What format? I'll keep my eyes out. This will be Missouri's first 75 Minute release on shelves.

They're 12oz. sixers, on the shelves in NJ as of last week.

ETA: oddly enough, even though I generally prefer this format, it kept me from buying some last week- I have too much beer in the house atm and just wanted a single bottle of something. I'll get to it before too long, though. It was a very pleasant surprise to see.

Sounds great. There are a few shops in town that split 6 packs into individual bottles. I'll keep an eye out there, and otherwise pick up a 6 pack if it comes to it.

Very eager to try this, as I haven't had the opportunity since I joined.

I have forgotten and need to revisit. Unique and different from 60/90 as was cask conditioned and has a distinct velvety texture that really rocked. The website referred to that process in 2011 but does not specifically say that it is still done that same way. I really loved that back in 2012/13 when it was a ?quarterly? release. My local store quit carrying it and fell off the radar.

Anyone know if it is made the same way? I need to revisit. Was an all around well made beer and will revisit.

    6 pack per website.

Would live to hear your impression of this one. Do you know if it is made the same?

Just from looking at the label I'd have to assume so. I don't recall any verbal description, but the illustration showed a mad scientist blending the beers and maple together.

4 years ago I loved it. I don't really remember it now, but will definitely seek it out.

Just stopped by a local big-name craft beer bar close to me. They'll have it on tap this Friday, but the bartender didn't know if they'd have to-go bottles.

Haven't had 60 or 90 in a while. Maybe I should revisit them and search out this one also.

I've drank hundreds of bottles of 60 and 90 over the years as well as a handful of bottles of 120 but somehow this one has floated under my radar. Definitely going to be on the look out for it. IPA plus maple sounds interesting

Cellaring IPAs is straight up failsauce.

Nah. How about - "It depends." (Not that I actively do it, nor does anyone have to like it.)

The same brewer claims that 120 Minute IPA ages well for a decade or so. Since this "Minute" series of beers is totally done as a numbers formula, then you can say that 60 Minute should be good for half a decade or so. By that logic, 75 should be totally fine with a few years on it. OK, OK... I'm kidding. But seriously - "It depends."

Although I understand your "it depends" argument, 120 is an 18% beer that I don't think anyone considers an IPA and, in fact, is an IPA in title only. 75 Minute is a 7.5% actual IPA. Totally different animals.

Ha! Cellaring an IPA? He doesn't sound like one of your "good" friends. You should have popped it open and claimed ignorance; then offered to split it with him.
