    Hello,
Has anyone experienced DFH 75min with some age on it? I am going to give it a try and see how it turns out just for an experiment. I know the hops will fade but curious to see if the Maple syrup comes out more. Thoughts?

Like most adjuncts, I would expect the maple syrup to fade with any substantial aging. If I were you, I would drink that one as fresh as possible rather than let the two showcased aspects of the beer fade (hops and maple).

I haven't, but I do have one sitting in the cellar from I think two years ago. I kinda forgot about it until you posted this thread. I should crack it soon. I'll report back with my thoughts once I do.

I cracked one from the first bottling of this about 2 months ago. I think it was brewed in early 2012, so it was ~2yrs or so. This was kind of an experiment because the bottles used to say that the maple syrup would add to it's aging.
Not terrible, but over 2years the beer is now a shadow of its former self.

Had one at one year. Dead. Maple was gone, hops were oxidized.

It's technically an Imperial Pale Ale, so I would def drink fresh
