Has anyone tried reusing Goose Island's 765 ml Bottles? Since the bottle has a section on the neck that looks like its for a cork and cage I was wondering if a twin lever capper could still be used?

Are you wanting to cork or wanting to cap? Most wine sized bottles have a different sized cap to them than the bombers and 12 oz bottles. I think you need a fitting for the wing capper and different sized caps, if you want to go that route. Test it EMPTY when there's no pressure on getting it sealed up.

It depends on the style of 750. I know that for the Bruery style bottles, it's 29mm as opposed to the normal 26mm. Northern Brewer sells both the caps, as well as an adapter for the Red Baron capper. I haven't bought any of GI's 765ml bottles so I can't speak to that size, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's also the 29mm cap.
