If it opens I'd check it out, but with them planning on opening in 2019 I'm not going to get to excited until I get more information.
I feel like a Kickstarter with rewards would work better than a GoFundMe, but thats just my opinion. I also don't think 25k is going to be anywhere near what they will actually need to get this thing off the ground. However, if they can get things figured out, I would be very interested in visiting this place, it would definitely fit well in Chicago
This is Chicago. George Lucas has a billion and they won't let him build his museum. I wouldn't worry about this getting off the ground. If a Hall's name is attached to the beer museum project, it will only be a matter of time before it gets into debt and InBev will buy it out....
Since they are so generous - AB can fiund it with all the profit they generated from BC last year. Yes I'm bitter.
