    Older viscosity!! Also, Abyss.
I once left about a third of a bomber of 2010 Abyss with the cap on and at room temperature over night. I planned on drain pouring it in the morning. The next evening I poured it in a glass and tried it, it blew my mind! It was the best Abyss I have had so far!!

I recently got a bottle of duet from alpine in a trade around around the time some threads were posted about some carb issues. There was very little carbonation but damn was it good. It wasn't totally flat but again, damn was it good

That is exactly what I did with Friek and Woodcut #5 tonight.

Lambic of any sort. I enjoyed De Cam Oude lambiek, grand cru 1900, and Doesjel.

I thought Doesjel tasted kinda watery, not a big fan of that one. Bruoscella was pretty nice though.

Had Choklat one night then put the bomber in the fridge. Had it the next night completely flat and I thought it tasted better that way.

Mostly Barelywines and imperial stouts, they fair very well as they are sippers with a ton of flavor. I kind of frown upon sour lambics that turn out flat, even though most of the flat ones I had were excellent. The acidity is really rough on the palate and the carbonation helps.

No surprise on the BCBS; that beer is usually flat by the time that I finish it anyway.

I bought 4 bottles of Woodcut #5 when it came out. Not one of them had a bubble of carbonation, spaced out over about a year. And I understand Hiverano never made it to the shelves for this very reason. Honestly, I would have traded every one of my bottles of #5 for a flat bottle of Hiverano.

Opened a BB Santas Little Helper later in the evening than I should have. I probably would have finished more than half of the bottle if it wasn't so damned boozey, but a night on the counter decanting resulted in a pretty awesome breakfast asperitief.
