A Cantillon Puzzle

Strange , last week i had a good conversation with Jean , especialy about import/export ,
So the info i'm giving come's from 1st hand !
Offcorse they have an export program , and yes Japan is a new , big client , but production at cantillon is also higher then the years in the past , that meens that there is more export to other country's but stil most of it stays in Belgium because prodution is simply higher !
Except for beers that are made at cantillon for other , special , demands , like for example blabear

I know Sophie , i've you want to get into details , Then talk to the big guys at cantillon !

 

Yeah, the ladies at Geers are super nice. Always ready to talk shop and help you out. To all Americans out there, they like American style IPA's if you want to bring them something nice.

 

That's what I thought too. I recognize the lambic grading sheets at the top of the picture (hung from the shelf)...yes, she's super nice. Geers is my trusty beer run stop. Good to know about American IPAs...I'll be sure to bring them some goodies the next time I hop the pond.

Agreed with another post above that Brussels isn't overflowing with Cantillon, but several outlying shops definitely are...
