A general cellaring questiion

    I was wondering, what is the best way to cellar a beer? I have 4 bottles of mad elf(2 from2009,2 from 2010 and i just put 2 bombers from 2011 in my cellar). My basement is not heated at all and i have a dehumidfier running, when it needs to run, so i guess my question is, will the beers be ok just sitting in a cabinet, and how long will would you let the m cellar for?
