Not here for an argument, but I can get craft cheaper than Budweiser at some places (SN Pale Ale and Torpedo is $12 a 12 pack here in AZ at Total Wine, Budweiser is usually about the same if not more). Budweiser is more expensive than you think....at least in this state and especially expensive/overpried when you compare it to others in it's price range. would rather buy Genesee or Narragansett if i'm going the AAL route.

You're absolutely right, that would be the reaction. The reality is it would be PR garbage regardless of where it came from. This specific example came from Bud.

Hold on one second. There has never been a purchaser of 30 bud who thought, "great, I have two weeks' worth of beer stowed away." People buy bud to crush it, sometimes at home, often out with full intentions of driving home. This discussion should continue with that assumption.

God damn. I should have known better than to expect sound reasoning from a forum dedicated to beer.

Remember: This site is like a HUGE bar, where almost everybody's already drunk when you get there.

No one wants to admit they have driven drunk. Not even once? The legal limit, at least in Illinois, is 0.08. Which is very low. Like the ads say, "buzzed driving is drunk driving."

Does drinking 5 Nugget Nectar count as "drunk?" **passes out on couch**

I would have to be drunk to get on a bike, so this advertisement definitely makes sense.

I own a breathalyzer, mostly as a fun party gadget but to secretly make sure my friends don't leave drunk, and the first thing I noticed is that .08 feels way past what I would ever consider driving after. I would say that I start to feel like maybe I shouldn't drive around .04-.05 but maybe I am just a *****. Most if not all the people I have ever known who got DUIs blew way over the limit anyhow.

"Helmet Laws". That's a weird name for a model.

Seems like this thread may be the answer to the question "How far does people's distaste for ABinBev go?"

Some of the responses in here are ridiculous.

OK. Every case of Budweiser is purchased to be consumed no more than two per day, and only in one's home. Right.
