A little Sierra love....

    Just drank a hoptimum, on the way home straight out of the bottle like a real geek does it, (partly kidding) and wondering how this brew doesn't get more love, I get the rating and see a little love, but "the Slama-jama" sells a mountain of cases in a couple of hours and this baby seems to sit and wait, while...dare I say it I think it may be a shade better than it's hop crazed bretheren, if you see this brew grab it, do a side-by-side if needed and tell me I'm crazy but I think that this brew should fly off the shelf like the best of the best seasonals do..

    As a side note: I CAN NOT wait until they throw that beautiful brewery up on the other side of the mountain in NC so this brew (among many others!) is so Fresh you can practically chew on the hops!!

    Hoptimum is awesome.

    Was on par with Double Trouble and Hopslam when I had it last year.

    I remember the first time I tried it was @ Barley's in Asheville. I immediately fell in love with it! I get it every chance I get now. Great beer!

    Oh, and can't wait for the new brewery myself!!
