A new type of beer?

    Since how long ago for your question? There are occasionally one-offs of beer styles that you can consider hybrids of styles per whatever a brewery wants to call a new beer. Italian pilsners and West Coast pilsners are two recent ones that come to mind.

    Hey, @emilythorne -
    1. Assuming you live in Europe, so I moved your thread from The Bar to here. I can move it elsewhere if needed.
    2. New type as a new beer style or new beers from breweries in your area? If the latter, there are at least hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of "new" offerings being brewed each year globally. As for styles, those tend to emerge over time, but we've seen quite a few over the last decade or two.
    3. You might want to narrow down exactly what you're looking for or lookup local breweries near you where you can view recent additions and rating.
