A (noob) question about bottle-conditioned stouts.

    It all depends on the amount of sediment. If we're talking about Dark Horse-level amounts of sediment, those last few gulps are going to be pretty gross.

    If it's a moderate amount, you might actually be better off by swirling your bottle a bit before drinking it to mix any sediment into the whole bottle- that way each sip has a little bit of sediment, rather than getting it all towards the end.

    If it has a small amount, just go for it.

    Haha, being a recent college grad, every time I see a red solo cup I immediately think, "that person's boozing."
