A perfectly constructed beer.

I don't have extensive experience with the style, but I feel as though Weihenstephaner's Dunkelweizen really couldn't be any better. Phenomenal beer.

Locally:
Julius is so damn good IMO. Drinking that beer I couldn't find anything I didn't like about it. Creamy, a little bitter bite, tropical fruit hop aromas. Perfection
Also recently had Trillium's Pot and Kettle. That is a porter balanced to perfection. It brings the heat with the typical notes of a porter but they are so balanced out by mouthfeel and creamy milkiness from the oatmeal, have had a lot of porters but this one stands out to me. Key is balance

But also agree with others on Weihenstaphaner's hefe's. Also think Von Trapp out of Vermont crafts unbelievably balanced lagers/pils so they fit the bill of perfectly constructed beers. Will continue to advocate Von Trapp

 

I just had 4 Hands Madagascar....it comes to mind.
Expedition Stout is another candidate, as is BBPt5

 

The old version of Knuckle Sandwich from Bootlegger's was also damn near perfect.
