A really stupid stout. Should I brew it?

    I see lactose as one ingredient that can and should be added according to taste at the very end on the day you package. Like a seasoning. You might find you don't need much if any in there. Once it is added, it cannot be removed.

    Brewed today, followed the recipe I posted and ended with about 55% efficiency and an OG of 1.144 - not too bad
