i will be in LA for a short time staying by the Beverly center. I'm looking to get RR sours along with other solid local shelf options. Looking for some good store options with a great selection. On the non-store front, Saturday El Segundo Brewing is having an event. They will have some great stuff on tap Just throwing it out there
Vendome Beverly Hills isn't far from there I wouldn't expect to find RR sours on the shelf anywhere though unless you get lucky and a shipment comes in
Actually Vendome Beverlyhills often has some really good stuff and I wouldn't be surprised to see a RR sour on there.
Vendome BH and Melrose Fine Wine & Spirits are the only stores in the area besides BevMo, which is walking distance from the Beverly Center.
SO wish Other Half bottled. A friend sent me a growler of Green Diamonds back in November, and I was really impressed.
Good news John. Other Half has started canning Green Diamond today. They were on Instagram with a picture getting ready to can. I believe it was Green Diamond. A month and half they had some pictures up on their Facebook page with some of the GD cans to show. I believe they are canning 3 or 4 beers to start off. I am planning to fly over very soon to bring some back home. It's good to see someone else here on the west coast who's had Other Half. I think these guys will be next big brewery from the east coast.
Other Half cans should be out this weekend or by next week. It should be Green Diamonds to start off. But a growler will do if you can't get ahold of cans.
That IS great news! Going to be (back -- I'm originally from there) in New York in June. Will have to grab myself some then.
