Ive never had a beer from a brewery based in Connecticut. Im pretty sure Narragansett brews some seasonals in CT and Ive had those but that doesnt count. Its kinda weird because Ive had plenty of beers from the other New England states. Im talking about a state where the primary brewery is located.

Nevada . I've heard of breweries existing in Reno and Vegas (don't ask me names) but never seen any available in the Bay Area or Central Coast. Could definitely find some if I went up to Tahoe though.

Closest would be RI and WV. Can't name many breweries from those states either.

For you New England people, CT breweries dont seem to be all over the shelves you kinda have to look for them. Im pretty sure Ive seen Sea Hag IPA around from New England Brewing Co based in CT but I never had the urge to get it.

I would agree with Arizona too, but I went to the Grand Canyon last summer and had a few different brews from flagstaff and the Grand Canyon area. In fact, had a delicious canned ipa from Grand Canyon Brewing.

A lot actually. Virginia, Tennessee, Florida(I think), Alabama to name other southern states.

Until about a month ago I would've said CT as well, but then one of my regulars gave me a can of two-day-old Gandhi-Bot and I promptly embarked on a raging NEBCO bender. Probably the nearest to me at this point would be Jersey.

You should! Sea Hag is a damn fine IPA. 668, Gandi Bot, Imperial Stout Trooper, Wet Willy. You are missing out on some outstanding brews.

Good luck on West Virginia. Only way you're going to get anything would be to actually go to West Virginia and eat at one of the small breweries in Morgantown who brew their own beers.

I'm in NY and West Virginia is probably the closest state that I haven't had a beer from.

There's probably more a chance of that than North Dakota. I've been to North Dakota & didn't leave anything there, so no real need to go back...

I love the roads in West Virginia, your late Senator Byrd used to make sure the pork flowed back home in his day:stuck_out_tongue: Pretty state, close to my family in NC, but not close enough...

The closest states that I haven't had beers from yet are a cluster around Wyoming, North/South Dakota, Kansas, Nebraska, Arkansas, and Iowa.
