Don't know if people still get the Denver Post, but I saw this Anheuser-Busch full-page ad today and it struck me funny. Obviously in firing back at the lawsuit regarding watered-down Budweiser. Good for them for giving millions of cans of water to Red Cross. But there is this right from them: "The A-B logo is our ironclad guarantee that the beer in your hand is the best beer we know how to brew." Couldn't have said it better myself. http://findnsave.denverpost.com/Local-Ads/a-449028/Anheuser-Busch-Inc/24790158
Hell, the beer i make is the best beer I know how to make, and sometimes it's pure crap I'd say one of the over looked, under appreciated strengths of 'Merica is donation phenomena...most don't advertise it, though.
I like it. Frivolous lawsuits are a huge reason for the rise in cost of many products and services we consume. AB is what it is. They produce a product that millions know and enjoy. They employ thousands of people across the country. They certainly don't make a product that many of us enjoy, but they do more good than bad.
