Managed to get two. The release actually started at around 11:59:00 it seems.

Now, I've promised my family that I will save the bottles to share with them, but we won't be meeting up until around March 20th. So, how much do you think the bottles will change over that time? Also what would you recommend for storage? I have a refrigerator and a non-temperature controlled cellar.

It's a 13% ABV imperial stout, it's not going to change substantially in the span of a month. If you're concerned, stick it in the fridge, but you could store it anywhere except in your oven and it'll be fine.

So much for it not selling out.

    Yes 11:59 for me too.

I'm not so sure the beer used dates and Belgian candi sugar. It seemed to me that they were talking about the mead using those ingredients. Could be mistaken though.

Here's a list of ingredients from their Facebook.

"Today at Noon PST we will be releasing "Goodbye Tomorrow" a 13% Imperial Stout brewed with Arizona Mesquite Honey, Ugandan Vanilla Beans, Belgian Candi Sugar, Brazilian Coffee, and Medjool Dates."

Well, the beer is now sold out.

Does any one here know why they use Belgian candi sugar and honey? Their page says they used an extended mash period to increase viscosity but these two adjuncts make the body lighter from what I've read. It seems like those two choices are at odds unless I'm misunderstanding something.

It was a collab they did with Superstition in an attempt to re-create Superstition's Date Night mead into a beer. So candied sugar and honey was kinda required.

If I had to guess, probably to increase the alcohol?

Adds more alcohol and dries it out but alcohol can add perceived sweetness.

Picked up my bottles of goodbye tomorrow.

Was nice to visit the first time. I tried their chocolate berry port, was alright.

I enjoyed maple mornings, definitely maple forward. It reminded me of mbcp .

Hoping to make my first visit next month and was wondering if they fill growlers. Thanks!

They fill growlers but they list what of their beers they fill on their beerlist. They won't fill any of the guest beers they have on.

They normally only fill their growlers, but lately they have been filling other 32oz growlers that have logos covered.

Edit: Here is their current list of drafts
