I think that is because it is the only adjunct missing from that water.

The base of M2 is in barrels but I'd rather do a non collaboration for that. Btw, next bottle release will be an Imperial Stout that I've been aging in Pappy 20yo barrels for 13 months and counting. Still thinking on whether to add adjuncts or not.

Don't bottle it man, just put it on draft so I can drink most of it. Kthx.

So Abnormal is the Porsche of the San Diego beer scene eh?

Craft beer is the Porsche of the beer world. Or insert any other luxury brand you like.

So breweries like Angel City, Absolution, Rough Draft, et. al qualify as Porsche status by default?

(I think you have industries and brands confused)

I think you're nit picking. But go ahead and completely miss my point.

The only "point" one could infer from your previous is statement is that consumers should not be critical and instead should just grab their pom poms and cheer on a brewery with little track record that's releasing a non-BA stout priced at BA levels...

I don't see anything wrong with people voicing an opinion about something they have an interest in when they learn that it is an outlier as far as price is concerned between common goods. Craft beer and automobiles are not all alike as you seem to imply. Lumping all craft beer into the same category would be like trying to say you could trade a Suzuki for your Porshe.

You can, as long as your suzuki is from the midwest.

Yeah, that's the only point one could infer...

I shouldn't have bothered. Go back to complaining and buying / not buying what you want.

Sorry, I must have mistaken this place for a public message forum... I'll have to brush up on the beeradvocate TOS agreement to find the part where it states that only rah-rah-sis-boom-bah rhetoric is permissible.

I haven't really found a good spot for a burrito near Abnormal. I usually just go there hungry, grab a couple pints of Debut and then the tater tot poutine.

The wings are the best food there by a wide margin (at least on the bar side). The tater tot poutine is okay but you really need to eat it quickly or it turns to a mushy mess.

Haven't tried the wings yet, I'll do that this week at some point. Thanks.
