And dechutes makes everyone else look pretty bad...they crush the competition this year.Ill be drinking $20 worth from them alone.

All totaled up, I came up with 48 beers on my high priority list and probably another 50 on my low priority...how many samples before I say F it and just start getting whatever? Last year I made it to 13, but I did start with 2x BB9k, so that put me in the hole right off the bat...

The crappy beer festivals charge $20-30 each. These festivals allow Shocktop and other crap to be served and pretty much every beer served can be found in almost any liquor store without problem. I think ABR is priced right - it sells out in minutes just like the Great Taste. It's a great festival.

Trust me, I went to beerfest and I know, it was horrible...
And the great taste is in a different league, top 5 beer event in the country

Since most of Bell's lineup is on at Blue Longfellow right now, I'm ticking beers early to free up more time for other tents at ABR. Will have to go for over that Quince 3rd Coast though...

Just noticed Borealis isn't on the list this year.

Also Sisyphus? Hayes Public House? LTD?

Those new breweries are really missing out spreading their brand by not being at ABR. Maybe they haven't joined the MN Craft Brewers Guild yet. Hard to believe these companies would drop the ball like that.

Keep in mind that those are smaller batch start up breweries. I know in LTD's case this summer, they barely had enough beer to get them through their opening weeks. If they would've gone to All Pints North they would've shorted themselves some offerings in the tap rooms.

Give 'em some time to spread their wings and grow. I can't even begin to imagine how many barrels it would take to make sure you can accommodate over 3,000 people.

Autumn Brew Review Entry & Transportation
    Festival Entry & Early Check-In:
There’s a NEW entry and early check-in procedure to get you into the fest faster:

    1. When you near the Grain Belt Brewery Complex, first stop at the parking lot at the north corner of Marshall St. NE and 13th Ave. NE. It will be marked and volunteers will guide you.
    2. At the parking lot, exchange your ticket for a wristband and stamp. We will start wristbanding and stamping as early as 11am.
    3. After you get your wristband and stamp, you can walk toward the entrance.
    4. You can wait by the entrance or leave and come back at 1pm when Autumn Brew Review opens.
    5. You must have a wristband and hand stamp to get into the line outside the event.

Couple of layout questions for all y'all. Can anyone explain why Indeed's out all by their lonesome selves (Booth #45)? I think you can make the argument that Surly's the most popular booth and yet they're grouped in with everyone else (granted at the end of the row). Is it because whoever designed the layout didn't realize Founders has two booths (#72) one on each side of the new second entrance?

Surly has had that spot for the last couple years because it facilitates a long line that can go into the field without creating a cluster. As to why indeed is all alone...drunk planner? it would only be fitting

And if any brewery does not deserve 2 booths, its founders usual half ass attempt at ABR (even though my guess is that it was just a fat finger mistake and they'll only have 1 booth) (and I love founders. they just suck at ABR every single year...)
