    Serendipity was not the result of some mistake in the brewhouse. It was an ingredient (or lack thereof) issue.

    Yep.

    Game plan was to not try anything I've had before Saturday. With the exception of Sucks, I stuck to that.

    That is true. I suppose they are two different "accidents", so I'll redact that as an example. In any event, there are plenty of others that can be cited.
