    All,
I figured I would ask y'all this question as I am from DFW area and not familiar with Perennial distribution. Is / should Abraxas still on shelves in most distribution areas? I tried doing some searches on the forum but it seems like this beer sold out pretty quickly everywhere it was released. Is this true? Only reason I ask is because I am in NY and just found a bottle shop with several bottles and it is priced very well. Just seemed odd. I picked up a couple and am debating getting a couple more... Thanks in advance.

It flew off the shelves here in Chicago. Looks like you got a good find. Makes you wonder what else might be sitting at that bottle shop.

From the St. Louis perspective, the scene has gotten crazy here. Perennial sold out crazy fast at the initial release (people standing in line and camping out in their chairs and whatnot). Since then, it has basically been truck chasing for bottles in distro.

Although, Perennial has released and probably will release additional batches for sale in the tasting room and distro. Those have seemed to last a bit longer. Overall, it's way crazier than 2 years ago, about the same as last year. If you are moderately diligent and quick, it can be found locally.

Not going to find in on the shelf. Few cases made it to chicago and we gone pretty much instantly. Only way I can think to get it now is getting lucky and a round dropping in the tasting room.

You're over paying at that price, but I know a lot of folks that would still go for it

I thought it sold for $23 at the brewery. If it's like any other out of state distro - I would expect to pay 5-10% more. Atleast that's the way I am unfortunately use to in Texas with prairie, alpine, ballast point, green flash, FW, etc.

I missed the very few that were in Madison WI. If I found one for $26, I'd buy it.

Everything is more in NYC. That city upcharge doesn't seem out of line.

I definitely pay more than a 30 percent premium to drink at a bar in NYC vs what I'd pay in St. Louis.

It was $20 at the brewery I believe. At least that's what it was the past 2 years and I didn't notice a change, although I purchased the 2 Abraxas + 1 Coffee Abraxas + bag bundle, so who knows the individual price.

I figured that to be 20 for regular 25 for coffee and 5 for the bag. It was 70$ iirc

$26 isn't that overpriced. There was a place in St. Louis that was selling them for $60/each during the hype fest this year.

I have no problem paying $20 at the brewery for Abraxas. However, it is a bummer when something like Fantastic Voyage is the same price and every single one I got was infected.
