ABV of Illuminating the Path?

    I know that CCB doesn't list the ABV on their barrel aged beers but does anyone know what range Illuminating the Path is in? I can't seem to find it listed anywhere. This is a delicious, complex beer that possesses little to no heat but I'm guessing the drinkability is deceptive. Any help would be appreciated (gunhaver?).

    My guess based on absolutely no information whatsoever is somewhere in the 7%-10% range.

    I have a serious problem with Illuminating.
    Had it on tap at Buddha's MBCP Day and was one of the best beers of the days.
    2 weeks ago though I opened my bottle with a few friends and not even 2 sips into it we all drain poured it.
    I don't know what happened with the bottle, but we were all bummed and didn't even try to choke it down. It tasted like barrel aged nail polish. Any other bad bottle stories? But again, it was fantastic on tap.

    I opened one about 3 weeks ago and it was great. Tasted the same as the draft

    You may wanna contact CCB and ask if there was any reports of infection. I know Amplitude was infected, so they drained the whole batch. If you still have the bottle, maybe they'd refund you or comp you a bottle of something else. Can't hurt to try.

    They've hooked me up and corrected things before with their awesome customer service, even coming straight from Joey- I can let this pass. We had it on tap, it was awesome. Now I see what they were going for. When we drank the bottle we just looked confused.
