For the 7% that would be the MINIMUM as almost everything I like is actually 8+ ABV.
If the beer is well thought out and "masks" the alcohol then you just drink it a bit slower and enjoy each sip.

I'm honestly stunned by how many "X is my limit" posts there are in here.

The only time ABV even comes into play for me is deciding what beer to drink or not drink at a given time. And even then, that ABV is within the context of the size of the container. For example, I'm not going to be cracking a 12-15% anything when it comes to a Monday night where I have to work the next morning. And I'm probably not going to open anything in hte 9-10% range if it's larger than a 12 oz bottle.

But in terms of what beers I will drink or buy, ABV has absolutely no bearing. I buy beers if they sound interesting to me, and my interest level is usually determined upon a combination of factors involving the brewery in question, the style, and the ingredients/what makes the beer unique/interesting.

15%, in the range of Bourbon County, which is a masterpiece. I haven't had anything palatable over 15% though.

I've never thought of a limit on either the low or high end, although I shy away from "session" beers due to the cost being the same as non-session beers. But if I'm going to only have 1, it's usually over 8% and more often over 10%, if I have any beer over 10% in the fridge. If I'm going to have more than 1, the first 2 or 3 are usually between 6 - 8% and after 3, it depends on whether I want to take a nap or stay awake.

I wouldn't pass up trying a beer due to its ABV!

I don't really have a limit as far as high ABV but Low ABV I do, anything below 5% just seems to be to light in flavor for me. The sweet spot for me is 6-10%
