Got 4 pack of BCBS and 2 more Abyss today. A good day. I'm now set John. And yes, I'm long overdue for Eugene. Anyone going to the Ale fest in Portland in a couple weeks? Will be there.

Surprised to see three cases of 9/22 Cowiche Canyon hiitting the floor. That is going to be a nice surprise for the local hop heads.

 

Is it not a strict Black Friday release date? I thought they were trying to tie BCBS to that date.

 

It appears that has gone completely out the window (in the PNW as well as the rest of the country). Honestly, can't really blame stores, given that historically we haven't gotten the beers in time for Black Friday anyway.

 

Showed up today at beer shop in Yakima along with moas easy choice between those two..... I always see abyss, black butte, mirror mirror at local grocery stores for much cheaper IE wrays, rosaurs, with no 1 bottle limit and they sit on shelves for a a few weeks

 

What did you pay for your 4 pack? Single bottles, limit of 2, $8 a bottle is all I've came across so far

 

Can't wait. It's one of my favorite festivals. The wife and I will be there Wednesday for sure and possibly Thursday too.

 

$20/4 at Central Market same as previous years. Abyss was expensive though but it sold and it saved me the trouble of chasing it down.

 

Found Abyss at Albertsons down near West Linn/Oregon City for 17.99

Definitely heading to the Ale Fest early-ish on Friday with the better half.

 

My wife and I are heading to the holiday ale festival this Friday around lunchtime. I haven't been able to make it before and am looking forward to,it. Curious to see what the special beers are. The site still shows last year.

Whole foods bridgeport has one abyss left.

 

Bevmo Bellevue got it today. 2 bottle limit. They also have some KDS, double Dba, enjoy by 12/26, the sister, and FW XVIII left and got b bomb and brown shugga in today...I am not proud of how much money I spent there this week...

 

Oh and you have to ask for the FW and Abyss...not on shelves.

 

Any recent Abyss sightings in Seattle? U Village QFC perhaps?

Even Fred Meyer on 128th in Snohomish County (the one that never gets anything special) has it. Must be ubiquitous this year.

Dang. Can't find another bottle to save my life. Will try Westlake WF today but I feel like that place is usually picked clean by amazon beer nerds.

 

I haven't seen Abyss in Seattle-proper since release week. It always seems to work this way.

 

Pear delicatessen & shoppe has it along w Abraxas and MOAS.

 

Had to go to the South Seattle Costco for work supplies this morning and BAM! Whole case of Abyss on display for 13 bucks a bottle, no limit. I've never been so pumped to be a Costco member. Good to go for 2014.
