Hey gang, I've been wanting to try the Abyss for a while now but can't seem to find the trade value. It doesn't usually go 1:1 on any of the FT/ISO threads. I recently offered 2 - 12oz. Black Notes for a 2012 Abyss but was turned down so I'm guessing it's trading a bit higher than that but not sure how much. Thank you for the help!

I don't think you're far off if at all. Just need to find the right person. For me I would need to have a bigger trade to make it worth the shipping charges.

Id say thats the big problem. Something like the proposed offer, with some Framinghammers or hoppy NE beers on one end and say some RR sours or Alpine freshies on the other should be perfectly fine. I will always have a hard time sending $12 worth of beer and paying $10 to ship it.

I think two black note is a little short for an abyss. even though abyss has a huge bottle count and large distribution, it still holds solid trading weight. You shouldnt have a hard time finding one if you offer 2 x black note + a few good locals. I would agree something like a ba framinghammer and NE local could get it done as well.

I just got a 2013 Abyss and a 22oz + 12oz 'local pick em' to even the trade out (and make it worth while) for 1ea Noir, Coffee Noir, and Vanilla Noir. I think 3x BN on your end and some extras on their end could get it done?
