Add Place issue

    I've been trying to add MobCraft Beer, a new crowdsourcing contract brewer from Wisconsin, to the database, but every time I click Submit, I get the following error message: "establishment may already exist in our database. search BeerFly for: MobCraft Beer, LLC". Thing is, when I click the corresponding link or do my own search, no such place seems to exist in the database.

    I assume the issue is that most of the information is shared with Madison's House of Brews, as that is where they are headquartered/brewing out of, but I've added other such places (places that share addresses/phone numbers) without issue.

    This is not a bug, but rather our coding being strict about having multiple places sharing the same physical address AND phone number.

    We'll need to eventually address, but a fix would be putting in a unique phone number.
