Similar to how ebay let's you rate a seller x/5 stars on a few different criteria.

    Communication
    Ship expediency
    Packaging
    Cordialness/extras

Not necessarily that exact criteria, but just an example of what the system could be.

This is especially important to me on the packaging aspect. Yes, I might be dealing with a great trader otherwise... but if they package carelessy and have got lucky in the past I want to know.

I just had a 2nd shipment in 6 months break before getting to me. I'm becoming less enthused about trading because I have no way of knowing if the other party is going above and beyond to get their package here securely.

It really concerns me because it let's the carrier know I'm receiving alcohol shipments, and worries me I could get flagged due to others negligence and ultimately ruin my ability to trade at all.

This was discussed in great detail back when the feedback system was launched. Overall, most wanted a simple system. So that's what they got.

Worthwhile traders will do a good job of filling out trade feedback to help others down the line. If we all followed this approach, you might have a better idea of who packs well versus not. For the sake of giving it a number rating system, that's too subjective - unless we agreed upon a set rubric to grade folks based on how they packaged, communicated, etc.

Yes they do, but there's only so much you can praise someone on in 140 characters. "Packaged well" helps me feel better about it.

But knowing they bag every bottle, double boxed, or went above and beyond with the bubble wrap would be a little more descriptive of how they package, and nobody is going to burn their whole paragraph on just one point (usually).
