Can we just agree to stop adding things to perfectly good beer? If you feel the need to add something to your beer, perhaps you should stop drinking that beer and find another.

I honestly don't care what people do with their own beers. Drink what you like, how you like.

I just added Cayenne, Ghost-Pepper, Salt, Pepper, Worscester Sauce, and 6 lbs of raw cow to my beer.... Am I doing it wrong?

Stop caring how other people enjoy, or experiment with their beer. Drink yours how you like and let others do the same.

I am participating in the bourbon conversation, and think it's a waste of good beer and bourbon, in less you are mixing bud and Rebel Yell. But if people want to experiment and have fun then who are we to stop them. In fact tonight O am going to add milk to my KBS to see in I can't make a bourbon barreled milk stout!

    are
considering i doubt you're buying "their" beer, perhaps you should stop complaining and find another gripe?

<devil's advocate with tongue firmly planted in cheek> of course.

Can we agree stop "wasting" good beer to marinade food and make reduction sauces with? Can we agree to stop putting perfectly good beer through a Randall or mini-Randall? Beer should be fun and enjoyable.

I'm going to add a shot of bourbon and some pureed broccoli to my heady topper just to spite you...

Its just beer dude, they're gonna brew another batch. I promise. Unless its Dave. Don't add bourbon to your bottles of Dave.
