Adding Grape Juice to Sour

    I'd rather mix in a couple decent bottles of wine to taste. You'll be able to get better quality fruit, and have a reasonable taste test to figure out the amount with the sugar mostly fermented already. Here's my New Zealand Saison, with Sauvignon Blanc blended in.

    Interesting. Sort of like cheating but I guess the end product is the goal.

    I guess it is cheating a bit (although not much more than having a maltster malt your grains for you), but it is difficult to get high quality wine grapes in small quantities.
