Adding Honey

    So a little update. Bottles have been capped for 14 days, no grenades, no gushers. I checked everyday. No bombs. I opened one at 7 days, hardly a pop. Recapped. Opened another today at frig temp - 38 to 40 degrees. No pop, gush or overflow. Poured fine. Over-carbonated. Like an Alka Setzer tablet going off in for the first minute. Tight bubbles. Settled down within a few minutes. It had a medium height, fine head that didn't hold very long but left good lacing. Good aroma, solid body and flavor. I'd give it a solid B even with the over-carbonation. I'll take a video of the next one I open.
