Battle Hill Brewing in Fort Ann (about 4-5 miles away from the main drag in Lake George) is making some good stuff. Paradox is doing awesome, awesome things right now. Great IPAs, sours and BA stouts. Also have a plum dubbel that is supposed to be great, haven't tried it yet. Common Roots, even if you've been before, is a must-stop. Their new bretty IPA and stone fruit sour are outstanding, and their core beers (Burly Monk, Last Light, etc) are way more honed in than they were a year or so ago. Haven't been to and can't speak on the others.
