When I first got into beer I though all American beers was like BMC. Also I haven't had a Stone IPA yet. Not sure why exactly. I guess when I go beer shopping more intrigueing stuff catches my eye and I always put it off til later.

Just a few months... Haven't "enjoyed" Belgian styles yet, despite wonderfully respected suggestions by BA's. but I blame this on my palette ...on my fathers side.

Not a sour fan, hasn't develop I think.
I passed on CBS sitting on a shelf in DC not knowing what it was. Still haunts me.
Not a huge Pliny fan. It's solid dont get me wrong, but I always pass on it (draft) at the local bar about 7 min walk from my house for something else.

The "rare-est" beer I have had is Parabola.

That and my homebrewing hasn't moved past the extract kit stage.

The only way I will ever technically cellar something is if I forget it exists in the back of the fridge.
