Looking to buy my first 2 tap kegerator. Are any made in USA? Looking for quality and ease of use. Any suggestions or manufacturers?

Not sure about the USA part, but there are basically two types and they are separated by cost. Home use, which are generally like dorm fridges and use a cold plate at the back, and commercial units. Home use twin taps are in the 400-700 range, commercial twins start around 1200 and go up from there. Home units can be tuned to work very well, commercial units will work well out of the box. Check places like beveragefactory.com and kegerators.com to see what you get for the money.

I bought a single-tap Haier from Fry's and added a second tap myself. Admittedly this is not a thing everyone can do, but if you're handy at all you won't find it difficult, and single-tap models that have the same body as the double-tap versions (and therefore can fit two kegs) seem to be a lot more common than double-tap ones. At least in my neck of the woods.

I have a two tap Haier from Beverage Factory. It can actually handle three logs and be configured as a triple tap.

I've been checking out the double tap from these guys. They also advertise in the BA Mag and the Bros just got a kegerator from them as well.

Wow Thanks. Learning much from their reviews and made in USA as well. Probably will buy from Beermeisters

They offer both styles of units. For the lower end unit (which I believe is a rebadged Danby) you may need to do a little tweaking to make it perfect. I'd expect the commercial unit (which the Bros have) will work out of the box flawlessly. Probably the biggest bang for the tweaking buck on the lower end unit is adding a tower cooler. You can make one for $25 and an hour or two, or you can buy one done for $35.
